		<description>How nice for both of you that you were able to have an outing.  I wish I could take my mom out for pizza.  She&#039;s been gone for 13 years and I still occasionally reach for the phone to call her.</description>

		<description>Mom was all tired out today when I went to visit - so that might be an issue.  I think yesterday since we were there most of the afternoon and she didn&#039;t get a nap might have been a bit much for her.  But yes, we&#039;re going to try again.

And yes, those moments of lucidity are strange and unexpected.</description>

		<description>Oh Zaz, so glad the Pizza Hut outing went well.  Last time we took my M out, we saw some acquaintances and chatted with them and M told them she had moved to the assisted living.  Then, when we left the restaurant and got in the car, she thought we were going back to her house and insisted that she still lived there.  Those little specks of lucidity are soooooo weird.
Bless you for having the trust and patience to take her out, and yes, now that you&#039;ve got one under the belt you can do it again. :clapping:</description>
